Have you replaced or lost your wheels? It happens quickly—the caster sockets are still attached to the old wheels, which were then discarded or lost, and new ones were ordered. If the sockets are no longer available, the wheels won’t stay attached to the wooden frame. That’s why we recommend always ordering a set of caster sockets along with new wheels whenever you need replacements.
