Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered worldwide (if your country is not available please contact us via e-mail).

Shipping and handling (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

 

Delivery times

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods in Germany shall take place within 3-30 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5-60 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. You will also find the delivery times of the individual items ordered in your order confirmation.

 

Shipping outside the EU

For customers in Switzerland, we recommend using the services of meineinkauf.ch. This way, we can ship the goods to Germany, and you won't have to worry about customs and import procedures. The goods will be delivered directly to your home.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are weight based and will be calculated for you during checkout after you have added all items to the cart. To calculate the shipping costs the delivery address is needed. Therefore it can only be shown after you enter the delivery address.
